Booking Acceptance By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept that you have read and agree to all motel policies listed below. Check-In Policy & Guest Responsibility • I accept full responsibility for any charges incurred for this room. • I am personally liable for any damage to the room or property, whether accidental or intentional, caused by myself or my guests. • Any remaining balances may be charged to my credit card. • I accept liability for cleaning costs up to $500 due to smoking or strong odours from cooking. • Lost key replacement fee: $50 Payment Policy • Full payment for the booking must be made at least 48 hours before arrival. • Failure to pay within this timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking. General Policies Check-In & Check-Out • Standard check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM • Early check-in / late check-out may incur extra charges (please contact reception) Smoking & Pets • Smoke-free rooms; extra charge applies if smoking occurs • Pet-friendly rooms available at an additional cost Beds & Meals • Extra charges apply for bed arrangements or rollaway beds • Breakfast/Meals available at additional cost Guest Services • Laundry facilities available for an extra fee • Reception hours: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM (please call for assistance outside these hours) Cancellation Policy • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival • After this window, full payment is charged Behaviour & Safety • Suspicious or threatening behaviour toward staff or guests will not be tolerated; offenders will be asked to leave without refund • Guests must respect others and keep noise to a minimum • Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay, including smoking or excessive mess; extra cleaning fees may apply Security & Liability • Any damage, rubbish, or smells left behind may incur additional charges • Motel management reserves the right to refuse service for non-compliance with rules
